THE POLICY

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase (not including shipping/delivery time), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If you are within 30 days, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange depending the circumstances.

Please note that all gift cards, undergarments, and sale items are exempt from our policy. Also note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We take customer service very seriously. We encourage you to contact or call us directly at (604) 957-9102 before you return your order. We'll ensure we explore all the options and do everything within our power to meet your satisfaction. 

REFUNDS

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If the product is damaged or was advertised incorrectly on our website, it may be returned for a refund.

Your return must be in or accompanied by the original packaging. You must also provide a proof of purchase, such as an email confirmation or invoice. 

All refunds are processed on the same day the physical merchandise is received. Funds will be returned using the same payment system as your initial purchase. All refunds will be confirmed via email. 

If your refund has been confirmed but you have not yet received the funds, please be aware that all payment methods require processing time by a third party financial institution. In most cases the funds are returned instantly, or within a few days. In other scenarios they are returned within a week. Very rarely does processing time take longer than this, but may due to the vast number of payment options and financial institutions around the globe. Our confirmation means we've done all we can on our end to return the funds. If you are concerned, the best course of action is to contact your credit card company or financial institution. They will be able to confirm the transaction or let you know the processing time.   

EXCHANGES

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If the product is damaged or did not fit correctly, it may be returned for a different product of equal value. 

You must provide a proof of purchase, such as an email confirmation or invoice. 

Exchanges are processed on the same day the physical merchandise is received. You will be notified by an automated email from our website once the exchange order has been shipped.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
